How should I store my perfume?

At this time, we only offer full-sized perfumes. Stay tuned for upcoming sample options!

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos of the damage. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping soon!

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery within the USA usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and shipping method.
