All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

At Scent Symphony, we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our fragrances. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. However, due to the delicate and personal nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the integrity of our inventory.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Unused Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Original Packaging: The item must be in its original retail packaging (including the cellophane wrap, if applicable). We cannot accept returns if the box is damaged, opened, or the perfume has been sprayed.
We prioritize the safe transit of our products. Please follow these guidelines when returning an item:
• Safe Packaging: You must ensure the product is packed securely in a sturdy box with sufficient cushioning (bubble wrap, etc.) to prevent damage during transit.
• Product Integrity: If the perfume bottle or its original packaging is damaged due to poor return packing, a refund will not be issued.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it:
1. Approval: If the product is found to be in its original, undamaged condition, we will notify you and process your refund.
2. Refund Method: The refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
3. Rejection: If the product, bottle, or packaging is damaged, used, or altered, the return will be declined, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
