We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and record the unboxing process whenever possible. Carefully check the product, bottle, cap, and packaging for any signs of damage, defects, or shipping-related issues.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the issue. We may request additional information to verify the claim before approving a return, replacement, or refund.
For claims involving broken bottles, damaged caps, leaking products, or shipping damage, unboxing photos or videos may be required as proof. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
To maintain product integrity and prevent misuse, we do not accept returns for products that have been used, intentionally damaged, altered, or tampered with after delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product purchased from our store, you must contact us and obtain exchange approval before returning the item.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with all original packaging intact. Products that have been opened, used, tested, or altered are not eligible for exchange.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with exchange requests.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect and verify its condition. If the product meets our exchange requirements, we will process and ship the replacement item. Exchange requests that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your refund is approved, we will process the refund and issue it to your original payment method within 2/3 business days.
Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor. Additional processing times imposed by financial institutions are beyond our control, and Scent Symphony is not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card companies, or third-party payment providers.
