Shipping Policy

Where We Ship:
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the future!

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons (such as holidays), processing times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:
We use UPS for all our shipments, offering you a reliable and efficient service. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but typically:

  • Standard Shipping (UPS Ground): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (UPS 2-Day): 2 business days

  • Next Day Shipping (UPS Next Day Air): 1 business day

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the U.S.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your UPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the UPS website.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Scent Symphony experience, and we take great care in providing high-quality fragrances. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:
We offer a 30-day return window on unused and unopened products. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrances.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email us at support@scent-symphony.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back to us.

  3. Please ensure that the item is securely packed for return shipping to avoid any damage during transit.

Refunds & Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:
If you’d prefer to exchange your fragrance for a different scent, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the fragrance you'd like instead. We’ll be happy to assist you with the return process.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@scent-symphony.com with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Scent Symphony is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by UPS. We recommend ensuring that your shipping address is secure, and we suggest providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.
